Delivery & Returns
For all UK Orders we aim to dispatch stocked items from our warehouse within 1 working day and for your delivery to reach you within 5 working days from the day you place your order.  Please allow slightly longer for Europe and Worldwide.  In the event that the item may take longer to dispatch, we will notify you by email. Our products are shipped via 1st Class Post. ( Except for Furniture, Car Seats, Pushchairs and travel systems).

Our postage is charged according to the weight of the goods to ensure that you are not overpaying on the smaller products. 
For all UK Orders if your parcel is undelivered due to no one being at the delivery address, they will leave you a card for you to collect your parcel from them at your local delivery office.
If an item is returned to us due to the buyer not contacting the local delivery office at the time of attempted delivery, the buyer will have to pay for the item to be shipped back. We will not be held responsible to cover this cost. Re-shipment charges will be that of the original postage and package charge.

Furniture Orders
All our furniture items are despatched directly from our suppliers and can take between 2-6 Weeks.  Once your order has been despatched you will be contacted wih your shipping consignment, we will try and ensure when possible that delivery dates have been agreed prior to shipping.  Please select furniture shipping method for all furniture orders.  Please check all products as any faulty items have to be reported within 24 hours.
Non-Mainland Delivery UK Policy
Please note furniture deliveries to Scotland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle Of White, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland may incur additional costs please contact us for further details. Also please note these aread may not qualify for the Assembly Service.

Car Seats, Pushchairs, Travel Systems
Some of these items are despatched directly from our supplier, please allow up to 7 days for delivery, although we will try and deliver earlier where possible.  Please check all products as any faulty item have to be reported within 48 hours.
Europe/Rest of the World
Our postage is charged according to the weight of the goods to ensure that you are not overpaying on the smaller products. 
Delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail which typically takes 4-10 working days. In some circumstances it can take slightly longer.
