Returns & Exchange
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from us, but we also recognise that there will be times you need to return items. You can return items for a refund or replacement, for any reason, within 15 days of the despatch date. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, a full refund less the cost of postage provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
This excludes personalised products and self assembly items which have been assembled, unless they are damaged or faulty.
What To Do If You Need To Return An Item
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please complete the returns form attached with the invoice, clearly stating whether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to:

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
